Refund policy

At ANANKRITA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order: 


1. No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, changes / cancellations are not permitted. 

2. Package Opening Video Required: A clear, uncut video of the package being opened and showing the damage is mandatory for any claim and has to be submitted before 24 hours of receiving the package. Damage claims without this video will not be accepted. 

3. Exchange Only:  Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or wrong products, subject to verification. The product will be replaced in case of availability of the same, otherwise store credit will be issued for the value of the item which has to be redeemed within 30 days. We do not offer refunds.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions: Every product is double checked for quality, so receiving a damaged product is highly unlikely. The following are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange: 

   - Weaving / dyeing uncertainties or irregularities inherent to the process of making.. 

   - Color variations due to camera, lighting, or screen settings. 

   - Issues arising from customer-specific preferences or particularities. 

How to Request an Exchange: 

- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and package opening video. 

- Our team will review your claim and respond within the next 24-48 hours.
